Understanding Your Statements

Access different types of statements to track your financial position with Pioneer Sacco. Each statement provides specific information about your accounts and transactions.

1. Savings/Shares Statement

Managing Loan Applications

Learn how to apply for and manage your loan applications through our online platform.

1. View Your Applications

Access your applications:

Go to Member Services → My Loan Applications
See all your applications and their status
Track which stage each application is in
View application requirements for next steps

2. Continue Incomplete Applications

Application stages:

Payment Pending - Complete application fee payment
Details Required - Fill in loan details
Documents Needed - Upload required documents
Select Guarantors - Choose and request guarantors

Pending Payment - Application fee payment required
In Progress - Application being processed
Approved - Loan approved
Rejected - Application not approved

Starting a New Application

1. Check Eligibility

Before applying, verify:

Your minimum share requirement
Available loan types
Maximum amount you qualify for
Any existing loans in arrears

Visit Member Services → Apply Loan to check your eligibility

Available loan types include:

Development Loan - For long-term investments
School Fees Loan - For education expenses
Emergency Loan - For urgent needs

Choose from available loan types based on your eligibility

Payment options:

M-Pesa - Quick mobile payment
PesaPal - Card payments
Track payment status in real-time

Pay the application fee through M-Pesa or PesaPal

Understanding the Guarantor Process

As a member, you can both request guarantors for your loans and be a guarantor for others. Here's how to manage your guarantor relationships.

1. View Guarantee Requests

Request details include:

Loan amount and type
Requested guarantee amount
Borrower's details
Request expiry date

2. Respond to Requests

Response options:

Accept - Agree to the full amount
Modify - Change guarantee amount
Decline - Reject the request

Important: Consider your guarantee capacity and risk before accepting.
